This privacy notice applies to the public website operated by Next Gen Retirement Initiative. It describes information collected through the contact form, optional analytics, and basic server logs. It does not apply to external websites linked from our resources.

Information we collect

Information you choose to submit

The contact form asks for a first name, optional last name, email address, topic, message, and privacy consent. We use this information to respond to the request, administer an educational program, address accessibility needs, or review a suggested resource or correction.

Do not submit sensitive financial or identity information. We do not need Social Security numbers, account numbers, contract numbers, balances, passwords, health records, complete birth dates, or copies of identification through this website.

Optional analytics

If website analytics are configured, they load only after a visitor selects "Allow analytics." Analytics may collect general information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from an internet address, device and browser type, and interactions with educational tools. The analytics service may set cookies or similar identifiers after consent. We configure analytics without advertising personalization. A visitor can decline, and the preference is stored in the browser.

Server logs

The hosting provider may automatically create technical logs that include an internet address, date and time, requested page, browser information, and error data. Logs support security, reliability, and troubleshooting.

How information is used

You may request access, correction, or deletion of contact-form information, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping limits, by using the contact form and choosing "Other" or "Accessibility support." Browser settings can clear the stored analytics preference.

Children's privacy

This website is designed for adults interested in retirement education and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children.
